About the role

πŸš€ Business Development Manager – Amsterdam

Product: ESG & Building Analytics platform that automates, monitors, and analyzes building data to improve real estate sustainability and health.

Role Highlights:

  • Target real estate companies focused on sustainability and ESG goals.
  • Full-cycle sales role with deal sizes between €5K–€50K ARR and 2-5 month sales cycles.
  • 70% focus on new client acquisition and 30% on upsell opportunities.
  • Responsible for market research, business development, sales execution, and internal collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Contribute to improving sales materials and processes, while designing and executing effective outreach campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with B2B SaaS sales experience (multiple stakeholders, €30K ARR+).
  • Proven success in lead generation, outreach, and closing deals.
  • Skilled in establishing new sales channels and working in structured, process-driven environments.
  • Bonus: Passion for sustainability and proactive mindset toward building a better world.

Offer:

  • €70K–€80K base + holiday allowance.
  • 30% bonus with a cap of 300% (€150K–€160K OTE max).
