Job description

Design and deliver effective lifecycle‑based and recurrent business model services and processes. Work with Design Reference Groups and Process Capability Experts across Regions, Markets, Businesses, and Functions to co‑design and coordinate commercial service processes and capabilities.

Your scope includes services catalog, pricing, and CPQ for recurrent business models, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience throughout the lifecycle. You will create globally harmonized end‑to‑end service processes and translate required capabilities into the new Philips Integrated IT (PIL) infrastructure.

Drive organizational change toward lifecycle‑driven, recurrent business model ways of working. A key focus is supporting a major transformation program that will deliver a new transactional backbone for services—covering new service introduction, portfolio, catalog and pricing, opportunity, quotation, contract‑to‑order, fulfillment, and customer success management—to support current operations and future growth.

Your role:

  • Services business process design, build and deployment in our process framework.
  • Process domain scope; services catalog, pricing, contract booking
  • Driving services process deployment and continuous improvement with the Regions/markets, Businesses and Functions
  • Services business requirements collection and capabilities management in alignment with the IT product owners and business teams
  • Services requirements definition, user story definition and design
  • Region /market, Business requirements collection, translation towards Business Unit capability specifics and cross Business Unit archetype capability synergies, user stories and capability design
  • Secure and prepare application – IT tooling Dry Runs, User Acceptance Testing and Business Go Live including test cases, script design and training of key users
  • Services price setting & management processes, Services Commercial Policy process and discount approval processes with the Regions/markets, Businesses and Functions
  • Services Process compliancy, risk mitigation and remediation
  • Facilitate Services process change, implementation, deployment and continuous improvement as part of the Design Reference Group

You're right fit if:

  • Brings 8–10 years of international experience in lifecycle‑based and recurrent service business models, covering multi‑year customer engagement and the full services transactional chain—from new service introduction and portfolio creation to catalog management, pricing, opportunity development, quotation, contracting, order fulfillment, and customer success management.
  • Demonstrates hands‑on expertise in designing, building, and deploying processes and capabilities for service catalogs, pricing, configuration‑to‑quote processes, and contract booking, while identifying cross‑Business Unit synergies.
  • Leads global process design groups, drives process change and transition, and ensures consistent deployment across markets, regions, and business functions.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills to guide teams and organizations through lifecycle‑based and recurrent business model transformations.
  • Experienced in working with agile development teams to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Conga configuration‑to‑quote solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SAP Hybris integrations, with a proactive mindset focused on impact and performance
