Design and deliver effective lifecycle‑based and recurrent business model services and processes. Work with Design Reference Groups and Process Capability Experts across Regions, Markets, Businesses, and Functions to co‑design and coordinate commercial service processes and capabilities.
Your scope includes services catalog, pricing, and CPQ for recurrent business models, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience throughout the lifecycle. You will create globally harmonized end‑to‑end service processes and translate required capabilities into the new Philips Integrated IT (PIL) infrastructure.
Drive organizational change toward lifecycle‑driven, recurrent business model ways of working. A key focus is supporting a major transformation program that will deliver a new transactional backbone for services—covering new service introduction, portfolio, catalog and pricing, opportunity, quotation, contract‑to‑order, fulfillment, and customer success management—to support current operations and future growth.
