We’re looking for an experienced Team lead to lead, supervise, and coordinate our orderfulfillment team (7–10 people). In this key role, you’ll ensure a smooth customer order flow—from order placement to on-time delivery. You’ll drive the order-to-cash process efficiently and accurately, ensuring top-quality service, flawless documentation, and seamless communication. Ce que nous demandons

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management;
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in distribution customer service within a global logistics and international environment, with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes;
• Knowledge of ERP, preferably extensive SAP knowledge;
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office software specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• A hands-on team leader with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• People management skills;
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in database applications, and a clear focus on high-quality service delivery, with organizational sensitivity;
• You have experience with projects / lean management;
• Excellent professional communication in Dutch and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily global order fulfilment process, including order processing, delivery, documentation, and returns;
• Ensure smooth communication with global internal departments, customers, and logistics partners;
• Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality;
• Develop and maintain procedures, process flows, work instructions, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
• Lead and support the team in participating in improvement projects;
• Manage and conduct regular operational and coordination meetings (daily, weekly, and monthly);
• You are the escalation point for team;
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and external service providers to align on performance (OTIF) and service expectations.

Team Leadership & HR Management

• Provide leadership and direction to the Desk Team, setting priorities and maintaining focus;
• Act as a liaison between the Desk Team and the Order Fulfilment Manager, ensuring timely issue resolution;
• Manage vacation schedules, backup planning, and time administration;
• Conduct one-on-one meetings focused on development, performance, and goal setting;
• Step in for other Team Leads or the Order Fulfillment Manager during absences.

Built with sustainability in mind, DC Noord increases efficiency while significantly reducing our annual CO₂ emissions.

The position of Teamlead is part of the Business Group Ingredients Supply Chain organization, Plan and Deliver. The Team lead is responsible for coordination between warehouses and plants both locally and internationally.
