Shape the Future of Warehousing and Logistics with Us

Are you passionate about shaping the future of warehousing and logistics? Do you thrive on driving operational excellence and digital innovation? If so, this role is for you!

As a Business Process Expert in Warehousing & Logistics, you’ll be the go-to person for optimizing processes, standardizing operations, and enabling digital transformation across our global network. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, efficiency, and scalability in every aspect of warehousing and logistics. This is your chance to make a real impact by turning challenges into opportunities and helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers worldwide.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Own and improve processes by leading end-to-end warehousing and logistics workflows — from inbound receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, to transport execution.
  • Set global standards by developing, documenting, and deploying standard operating procedures and process frameworks across regions and sites to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Optimize partnerships by collaborating with Procurement on Requests for Proposals and evaluations for new logistics partners, ensuring alignment with operational requirements, service level targets, and cost optimization goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and process mining methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and boost throughput and inventory accuracy.
  • Align cross-functional teams by working closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Order-to-Cash teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Enhance operational performance by defining, monitoring, and improving key KPIs for warehousing efficiency, inventory accuracy, service responsiveness, and cost optimization. Lead root-cause analysis for deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Benchmark performance by evaluating site operations against internal standards and industry benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Enable digital transformation by collaborating with IT and digital teams to optimize ERP and WMS systems, support automation initiatives, and enable EDI workflows between SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems.
  • Leverage data for insights by using analytics tools like Power BI and SAC to visualize performance data and identify actionable improvements.
  • Champion innovation by evaluating and piloting emerging technologies to streamline warehouse operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Lead change and build capabilities by promoting a culture of continuous improvement, developing training programs, and creating toolkits to upskill teams on KPIs, Lean methodologies, and new system functionalities.
  • Foster global alignment by coordinating strategies across markets, providing hands-on support during improvement projects and digital deployments, and ensuring standards evolve with operational realities.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or operational excellence roles.
  • Strong understanding of S4 HANA and WMS/TMS solutions (preferably SAP TM) and related integration points.

  • Skilled in change management, training, and stakeholder communication across global teams.
  • Digitally savvy, analytical, and strategic, with strong process and data flow expertise and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills; a bridge builder across functions and skilled in change management and stakeholder management, including senior level managers.
  • Self-initiating and flexible. Able to cope with dynamic business environment.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), with additional language skills considered an asset.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or PMP preferred.
