Manager, Customer Solutions Engineering, Large Customer Sales at Google

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 10 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical leadership, including leading business transformation initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience in an investigative role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
  • Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
  • Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows).

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet client needs and are compliant with data and legal policies.
  • Understand the nuances of clients within the industry and develop subject matter expertise in trending spaces.
  • Work with Google's largest advertising clients, understand their challenges and provide consultancy and solutions like cloud projects design, software packages, big-data analysis and AI/ML applications to achieve their business goals.
  • Manage the team efficiently with resources to maximize ROI.
