Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead the Global Source to Contract team, driving customer satisfaction, product adoption and loyalty. Next to leading the team, you will work with the Go To Market team on the customer success expansion and operational excellence. You will provide coaching and mentoring to a team of Customer Success Managers, providing strategic focus to the customer experience. You will ensure that customer perspectives are understood and addressed by business leaders, resulting in improved delivery of products and services.

  • Responsible for own team performance management and all related people management activities (e.g. promotion, salary review, goal setting, talent review and flight risk analysis etc.).
  • Streamline the interaction between the customer and Unit4 aligned with a tailored customer journey to leverage a value added customer experience across all moments that matter.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer (VoC) or Partner (VoP), encompasses the gathering and understanding of all streams of feedback to improve the quality and experience of delivered services and be the internal catalyst of improvements initiatives.
  • Adaptable, curious, seeks ownership and accountability, works collaboratively across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the team deliver added value packages and services to leverage product value, product usage expansion and generate use cases.
  • Identify and drive new sales leads & opportunities (up/cross sell) in cooperation with colleagues in Go To Market.
  • Accountable for churn management and retention motions across the region laddering to global business.
  • Responsible for oversight and utilization as it relates to the Success4U program
  • Serve as the primary contact in the Customer Experience Leadership Team in resolving complaints and addressing service or product issues.

Qualifications

High-energy, hard-working, resilient candidate who has experience working within procurement for a medium-to-large organisation, and will ideally have had experience implementing or using an eSourcing, contract management and/or a supplier relationship management software solution. They will also be hungry for success and will be looking to take their career to the next level.

  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience within procurement
  • Ideally 3-5 years’ management experience
  • Ideally Bachelor or Master’s degree within International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Economics or similar.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional IQ and have a talent for building and maintaining strong business relationships
  • You are able to think on your feet and use your knowledge in a flexible, creative manner to find out of the box solutions when needed
  • You possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop and interpret complex analytical models and ad-hoc reports
  • You have strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point
  • You are comfortable presenting to senior executives and internal stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English and Danish, any additional language is a plus but not a requirement.
  • You are eager to learn and have a structured & fact-based work approach
  • You have a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
  • You have a “can do” attitude, are proactive and self-driven, able to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks and initiatives with varying timelines & priorities
