About this role

This is a focused and impactful role within our Central Data & Analytics organization. You will be the owner and champion of our internal User Behavioural Data (UBD) platform, which serves as the single source of truth for all user-related behavioral data at JET. You'll be part of a unified vision for the entire user data journey, from how it's captured at the source (via tools like Snowplow) to how it's used to create hyper-personalized customer experiences.

You'll focus on powering advanced analytics, experimentation, and building a loved product, ensuring our teams have the data they need to understand user journeys, optimize their products, and drive strategic growth. Success in this role hinges on close collaboration with the teams that own the data capture (i.e. Analytics Platform team) and those that use the data (including Customer Data Platforms and other data warehouses), ensuring a seamless, high-quality data pipeline from end to end.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Help shape the product's vision and strategy, defining a roadmap that delivers on the strategy. Ensure our approach is business-focused, outcome-driven, and centered on the needs of our internal users, with a unified view across our data capture and consumption layers.
  • Use data-driven insights and a rigorous approach to prioritization to guide product enhancements and feature development, ensuring your team is always focused on delivering the highest value.
  • Conduct research and discovery to deeply understand the needs of internal data consumers, ensuring we are building solutions that truly solve their problems.
  • Partner closely with the Analytics Platform team (Snowplow) and other data platform and engineering teams to ensure the data is generated, captured, and structured correctly. Work with downstream users like our Customer Data Platforms and data warehouse teams to ensure a seamless data flow, maintaining the integrity and quality of our data assets from end to end.
  • Manage relationships with a wide range of users and stakeholders across the business; from product analytics to performance marketing. Clearly communicate your product's vision, roadmap, and learnings to gain buy-in and alignment.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering impactful, user-centric products.
  • Deep domain expertise in event-based tracking and user behaviour data models, with specific, hands-on knowledge of GA4 and Snowplow instrumentation. You must understand the full data lifecycle, from defining a measurement plan to its transformation into data marts. This technical foundation must be paired with a strong commercial grasp of digital marketing, particularly understanding how raw event and ad-platform data (impressions, clicks) works and translates into business-critical concepts like marketing attribution and the measurement of KPIs like CAC, CPO, and CLV.
  • Ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex data concepts into clear business value. Excel at building strong relationships and aligning a wide range of stakeholders to achieve a shared, unified vision for our data products.
  • Rigorously prioritize in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing competing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to ensure your team is always focused on the most impactful work.
