Senior Product Manager - Customer Operations Platform

Eneco is on a mission to become a climate-neutral, digital-first energy company and a leader in the European energy transition. To achieve this, our Chief Digital Officer has established a team dedicated to disruptive digital innovations that will transform Eneco into a data-driven, customer-centric organization. As Group Product Manager for Business Capability Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing core internal platforms, enabling operational excellence and scalable digital solutions that benefit both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling product vision aligned with company goals and articulate it clearly to stakeholders and teams.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap based on business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Enable Eneco’s platform’s product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute a clear product roadmap.
• Leverage data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions, and enhance product success.
• Become the knowledge expert of B2C internal platforms and steer operational efficiency and customer focus, ensuring alignment across teams and business units.
• Enable (semi) automation and efficiency gains by leveraging data and modern platform capabilities, reducing friction for business teams and enhancing customer interactions.
• Use data-driven insights to prioritize impactful solutions – both long and short term.
• Facilitate agile rituals to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Develop and align the product roadmap with team and company goals, driving automation and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Champion your product vision and way of working to inspire internal and external stakeholders to come along.
