  • Customer engagement: Drive platform adoption through supporting sales in customer engagements via workshops, product demos, and consultative selling approaches.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration: Partner with systems engineering, sales, engineering, deployment, and service groups to ensure technical and commercial product readiness.
  • Product Messaging & Enablement: Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates the WES platform’s value to operations managers, IT leaders, and automation buyers. Deliver training, playbooks, and demo scripts to internal teams.
  • Launch Planning & Execution: Lead coordinated launch efforts including early access/beta programs, pilot site rollouts, sales enablement, and customer onboarding plans.
  • Life cycle management: Collect and synthesize feedback from early adopters and key customers to drive platform-enabled logistic process optimization. Co-create opportunities for cross- and upselling over the lifetime of our systems.
  • Industry & Customer Insights: Gather deep insights into warehouse operations, automation trends, and customer pain points to shape product positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Strategic alignment with Toyota Advanced Logistics Group: Contribute to a joint vision on the future of software/platform ecosystems in warehouses within the Toyota group of companies.
