Your role

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the strategic partner for a dedicated portfolio of business clients. You help them get the most out of our software solutions, guide them through the adoption of our tools, and proactively advise them on optimizations. You make sure our customers achieve their goals and experience long-term success with our Cocon Fiber Platform.

What you will do

  • Proactively manage and optimize the entire customer journey within the telecom sector, including onboarding, usage, upsell, and contract renewals – with the goal of building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through multiple channels: phone, online, and on-site visits.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, identify challenges, and translate client needs into concrete solutions and future developments.
  • Act as a sparring partner and trusted advisor for clients, actively identifying commercial opportunities and fostering sustainable collaborations.
  • Work closely with colleagues in sales, operations, and development to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • Contribute actively to product development by bringing in market trends and customer insights, ensuring products and services meet future needs.
  • Accurately record customer information and meeting notes in the CRM system, ensuring transparency and efficiency in customer management.

This is what you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking (or equivalent).

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commercial drive.

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Management (preferably in a software and/or SaaS environment).

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
