With a multicultural team of 150 employees worldwide, we're growing faster than ever, which is why we’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our Client Success team. Work from our office in central Amsterdam or from home—flexibility is part of how we work. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in our growth and making a real impact in a fast-paced tech scale-up.

What you’ll do:

• 💬 Be the voice of Virtuagym, helping clients with top-notch support

• 🤝 Connect with clients and become their go-to person

• 🛠️ Work with Product to solve tech issues and improve the platform

• 🔥 Make a difference every day - your ideas and work truly count

What you bring:

• Native Dutch and strong English skills

• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills

• Creative problem solver who handles challenges effectively
