Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries using the Gorgias platform.
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, returns, and refunds.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Uphold Kinfill’s high standards of customer service and brand voice.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
• Based in the Netherlands.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with customer service tools is a bonus.
