Are you ready to take HR to the next level, on an international stage? As our new international HR business partner, you’ll be the one making sure our people policies connect across all countries where we operate. You’ll help us grow, professionalize our HR processes, and strengthen our company culture worldwide.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everything that makes our international HR tick. You’ll design job profiles that work across borders, set up country-specific salary frameworks, and introduce a performance-based way of working. You’ll make sure our core values shine through everywhere, from Europe to Asia to maybe in the future the Americas.

You’ll also create global career paths that help our talent grow, and you’ll roll out leadership training programs together with our L&D specialist. On top of that, you’ll co-create international sales & service training, making sure our teams are ready to deliver excellence everywhere.

Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with HR colleagues in larger countries on strategic topics, while supporting country managers in smaller countries with their day-to-day HR challenges. This is your chance to make a real impact, building bridges between cultures, shaping careers, and helping us grow as one global team. In the Netherlands, you also have the role of HR business partner, whether in Service, Sales, or Marketing, giving you firsthand insight into how HR processes at headquarters truly work.

About the HR team

Quooker is growing, and our HR team is growing with it. We are now a team of nine HR professionals in the Netherlands: an HR & Payroll Officer, a Campus Recruiter, two HR Advisors, two HR Business Partners, an Employer Branding Specialist, a Learning & Development Specialist, and a CPO. Each of us is fully dedicated to our own areas of expertise, working with passion every day, and never without sharing some fun together. Quooker has an informal atmosphere where you can learn continuously, and where we tackle HR challenges as a team. One thing we know for sure: we are never finished. In the coming year, we will place a strong emphasis on the international alignment of our HR processes and on building stronger connections across our global organization.

Job requirements

• You have a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You bring considerable experience in broad HR roles within an international environment, complemented by several years of experience in a leadership role.
• You think in solutions, act with speed, and use your natural persuasiveness to inspire and engage others.
• You connect people with ease, keep an open mind, and aren’t afraid to address what matters with constructive feedback.
• You have a proactive mindset with the ability to navigate between HR strategy and operations.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
• You don’t mind to travel to our international offices as this is part of the role.
