Food and drinks are at the heart of The Social Hub experience, and you’ll be the one making it all happen. As our F&B Manager, you’ll lead the outlets across bar, café, and events spaces, making sure guests leave with stories to tell and reasons to come back. You’ll be responsible for, and work with our Head Chef to keep service and kitchen in sync, while building a motivated team that knows how to deliver quality with energy. You’ll also keep a close eye on budgets and performance without losing sight of the guest experience. You will also be an active member of the management team responsible for key decisions regarding budget, roadmap & daily operations.

About The Social Hub

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire our supervisors across all F&B venues to deliver smooth, guest-first operations.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams for seamless coordination, importantly kicking things off with a strong breakfast service.
  • Maintain top-tier service standards and make sure every outlet hits the mark on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Engage with guests on the floor, gather feedback, and drive improvements that wow.
  • Collaborate on innovative menus and beverage programs that align with market trends and brand identity.
  • Monitor budgets, labor, and P&L performance, then take action to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop promotions and activations in partnership with marketing to boost revenue and visibility.
  • Support and energize team training, development, and performance, building a strong, positive culture.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 2-4 years of management experience in leading and managing a team within the Events or Hospitality space.
  • You are all about solutions and connecting the right people.
  • You are a true problem-solver and are not afraid to make decisions in the moment.
  • You are courteous, professional and ready with a smile for team members, guests and random strangers alike.
  • You deal with stressful situations in a stress-free manor and bring calm and a sense of ‘I’ve got this’ to every situation.
  • You’re a team player and work hard to inspire and guide your team members to excellence.
  • You have exceptional English communication skills, all other languages (especially Dutch) are very welcome!
  • You’re hard working, responsible and have a “let’s do this!” mentality
  • You build, lead and inspire motivated, happy teams
  • You’re legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
