Overview

Key Account Manager, Etail & Marketplaces for HEYDUDE is responsible for driving profitable growth and innovation within Strategic Digital Accounts. This role will be instrumental in managing existing accounts, shaping how we integrate new partners, and enhancing marketplace capabilities, processes, and operations. Reporting to the Director, Etail & Marketplaces, this position is a key part of the HEYDUDE International Digital Commerce Team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sustainable and continuous growth by managing Strategic Digital Accounts wholesale business with P&L ownership.
  • Develop long-term account plans and execute seasonal go-to-market strategies, leveraging support from cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
  • Plan and lead execution of account meetings (pre-line, sell-in, QBR, etc.).
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular performance reports, and implement continuous improvement measures to drive results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and translate them into actionable business cases and process maps for both wholesale and DTC/Marketplace business.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams across finance, marketing, merchandising, and support functions to ensure accounts’ needs are championed within the wider business.
  • Deliver outstanding digital consumer experiences by working closely with accounts, agencies, and internal teams.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital commerce roles.
  • Background knowledge in key account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to effectively influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for internal and account meetings in Europe.
