Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by driving profitable market share growth and developing strategic partnerships for Foot Locker.

As Key Account Manager Foot Locker, you'll develop and execute Sales Strategies and focus on joint Category and Strategic Business Planning with the retailers to drive commercial results. Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager Foot Locker, you will be responsible for managing specific categories within the Foot Locker business.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Drive profitable market share growth by developing strategic partnerships and managing assigned customer portfolios to implement ASICS brand sales strategies effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for Foot Locker through the formalization of Strategic and Seasonal Account Plans.
  • Lead business analysis and planning through financial management of all Foot Locker operations.
  • Organise and conduct sell-in meetings with key stakeholders to present seasonal product assortments and secure business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators to senior management to track progress against targets and strategic goals.
  • Track and analyse market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage and identify growth opportunities.

You have the following skills:

  • University degree preferably on Business or Sports/Fashion Economics, International Management, Marketing and/or Sales.
  • 4/5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within Sports, Fashion or FMCG industry.
  • Commercial expertise with proven experience in managing large retail accounts across multiple locations.
  • Proven sales experience at both market and executive levels, with project management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive strategic decision-making and execution.
  • Advanced presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sports and fashion industry trends.
