Service Account Manager (m/f/d) – Key Account Services & Operations

In your role as Service Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimising service contracts for one of our Key Accounts, including ensuring operational excellence, financial growth, and strong customer relationships across multiple regions. This role can be filled either in Mönchengladbach or in Veghel.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Management of multiple Service Contracts and Sites across Europe and other regions
  • Oversight of operational and commercial aspects of service contracts, including the development of regional strategies and business plans
  • Responsibility for order intake, financial performance, and service business growth, as well as the preparation of service offers and implementation oversight
  • Establishment of strong customer relationships and escalation management
  • Compliance with HSE standards and maintenance of safety certifications
  • Coordination of service takeovers and assurance of customer readiness

What do we ask from you?

  • Completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, logistics or a comparable field of study
  • Relevant years of experience with complex aftersales processes, ideally within the automated material handling industry or a comparable industry
  • Strong analytical skills, you can create concept solutions based on your analysis and understanding of our customers' logistic processes
  • Well-developed influencing skills, both internal and external
  • Strong communication skills, you have a creative and efficient approach to building professional client relationships
  • Experience in working within an international professional environment, preferably in a project-driven organisation
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, as well as the willingness to travel up to 20%.
