Your impact

Your impact is direct: You'll fuel a new phase of growth for Mollie by introducing Capital and Funding to the customers who need it most. We're running a new business pilot, and you'll be instrumental in validating and scaling a massive, critical revenue stream. This isn't just account management; it's proactive value creation.

You'll identify the right upsell opportunities within our existing target customer group, secure the next step in their financial journey with us, and ensure a smooth start. If you’re driven by tangible business outcomes and ready to bridge the gap between Customer Success and Sales, this is your chance to own a critical growth area for Mollie.

What you'll ship

  • Drive adoption of Mollie Capital and Funding products within a target group of existing merchant accounts.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with high-potential customers via email, phone, and Google Meet.
  • Own the end-to-end follow-up process, ensuring a fast, clear, and successful onboarding experience after a customer signs for a financial product.
  • Consistently achieve activity and revenue-based KPI targets by prioritizing high-impact customer conversations.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date view of your pipeline and customer interactions within Salesforce.

What you'll bring

  • A proven Sales mindset and direct experience in a revenue-focused role, preferably in a financial environment.
  • Ability to quickly research and prepare for customer conversations, connecting their specific business needs to our financial product offerings.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipelines, track customer interactions, and report on key metrics.
  • Resilience and a proactive, 'owner's' approach—you view an initial 'no' as a negotiation starting point, not a final answer.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the flexibility to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
