If you have experience in SaaS sales and a passion for sports, this could be the opportunity for you to join Zwemscore by SportAdmin as our first sales representative in the Netherlands.

SportAdmin is an innovative SaaS company providing market-leading IT solutions for swimming schools and sports organizations. With Zwemscore, we support coaches, teachers, and schools in creating smooth and engaging experiences for their members. We are now launching our first international project in the Netherlands and are looking for an engaged and customer-focused sales representative to join us on this journey.

You’ll be based at our office in Utrecht, working in a hybrid setup, and play a key role in establishing SportAdmin’s presence in the Dutch market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with swimming schools to build trusting partnerships and a growing client base.
  • Introduce and explain the Zwemscore product in a clear and supportive way, always with a focus on long-term relationships.
  • Guide customers through the full sales process – from first contact to successful onboarding – ensuring they feel supported at every step.
  • Build strong networks and adapt our solutions to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and an excellent customer experience.

What we’re looking for

  • A motivated and reliable professional who enjoys working independently, while also collaborating closely with colleagues and clients.
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales or B2B sales is a strong advantage.
  • A genuine interest in sports, ideally swimming or related activities, and an understanding of the needs of sports organizations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
  • Proactive and confident in taking initiative, while appreciating open communication and teamwork.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • A background in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

We are currently operating in Sweden, and we are now looking for an energetic and results-driven sales representative to help us launch our system in the Netherlands – our first international project. As part of Lime Technologies, you will work from their office in Utrecht. We are looking for a self-driven and goal-oriented salesperson to join us in expanding SportAdmin’s presence and making an impact in the Dutch market.
