We are looking for a highly motivated individual for Enterprise Engineering Technology within the Technology Enablement team. Someone with a strong background in engineering and technology, especially in delivering reliable and secure infrastructure, on the one hand, and experience in commercial roles on the other hand; this is one position we could use a jack-of-all-trades. What you are going to do
Your impact as Customer Success Manager is to ensure that our clients are delighted with the work our factory produces. This means capturing the voice of the customer and ensuring they are heard by our development teams, at the start of our engineering process. But it also means increasing the adoption of our work by our clients. As a CSM, you will work with our customers to understand their objectives and create success plans that align how they use our products and services to reach their goals. This means regular check-ins, organizing alignment sessions, and streamlining communication to ensure customers are on track to achieve their desired outcome.

Who you are
You bring extensive experience in cross-domain coordination and onboarding of new stakeholders, consumers, and strategic initiatives. Acting as the primary point of contact within the department, you will ensure that the clients' needs are met by our delivery during their entire journey with us. You will achieve this with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to independently improve processes and guide colleagues through change.

You will be working for Enterprise Engineering Technology and will be a member of the Technology Enablement team. You will be part of a team of passionate professionals, dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. You will work with the Senior Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners and the Project and/or Program Managers within Group IT, as well as within the Business Units of NN and with the IT HUBs (Madrid/Prague).
