Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic Virtual Workforce team in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation, where you’ll learn how Hyperautomation is reshaping finance—and play a key role in making it happen. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, structured, and thrives in an international setting.

Responsibilities

· Assist in monitoring daily production operations ensuring any disruptions are addressed by the support team in a timely manner.

· Provide support in managing project timelines and coordinate with the development team to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.

· Assist with managing project pipeline and long-term team planning.

· Coordinate project intake sessions between finance users and the development team to validate proposed solutions, identify potential enhancements, and ensure ongoing alignment throughout each project’s lifecycle.

· Interpreting business needs of finance stakeholders, validating business cases, and translating them into projects.

Qualifications

Essential

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, finance, economics or management.

· Accounting knowledge to understand stakeholders and the finance environment.

· Experience with Agile project management, highly organized and structured.

· Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Listens actively, thoroughly analyses issues, and gives precise, constructive answers for each situation.

· Proven communication and documentation skills (English).

· Minimum 0 – 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within an international (corporate) environment.

Desired

· Experience with automation software (e.g. UiPath; Power Automate) is a plus.

· Experience with Jira is a plus.
