Your new position as an M&A analyst

At Corporate Finance International (CFI) you are more than just a cog in the wheel. From day one, you will learn on the job, teaming up with project leaders and partners as a fully-fledged project member.

Your work as an M&A analyst includes performing market analyses, drawing up sales and financing memorandums, drafting assessments and giving pitches. You will be involved in all aspects of M&A/CF advisory work, focusing on the business services, flex market, ICT and manufacturing industries.

You will actively liaise with project parties and be in direct contact with clients, banks, advisors and private equity parties. With dedicated financial skills and a sound feel for commerce, your interest in business makes the difference.

What do you need to be successful?

• You have a university degree, preferably in business economics or business administration.
• You gained relevant M&A/CF experience during your study.
• Complex strategic and operational issues trigger you.
• You have an analytical mind and strong mathematical skills.
• You are proactive, quick-witted and accurate, as well as result-driven and authentic.
• You have strong communicative and social skills and feel at ease in corporate settings.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, and preferably a third language.
• You are a team player with a good sense of humour.
