In this role, you’ll work closely with our finance team and collaborate with other departments across the organization. You’ll ensure our financial administration is in excellent shape and constantly seek smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working. What you’ll do

• Manage accounts receivable and payable (email, banking, payments)
• Support monthly and annual financial closing processes
• Manage Netsuite (ERP system) and Moss (corporate card tool)
• Process invoices, credit notes, and subscription adjustments
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for process improvements

What you bring

You have a few years of experience in finance and are looking for a role where you’re not just executing tasks, but also thinking along and taking initiative. You work accurately and in a structured way, and you’re energized by optimizing processes. You communicate clearly and directly—asking questions when things don’t add up. At the same time, you're a team player who understands that great finance work depends on understanding the wider business context.
You take responsibility and don’t wait to be told what to do. You see opportunities for improvement and act on them proactively. You’re driven to continuously grow—both personally and organizationally—and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where speed, technology, and innovation are key.You speak Dutch at (near) native level. Since Shiftbase is an international company, good communication skills in English are essential.

• Salary range: €2,800–€4,000 gross per month (excluding holiday allowance), depending on experience
• A 24- or 32-hour workweek (Note: working part-time on Mondays and Fridays is not possible due to team planning)
