Your aim as a Customer Operations Specialist is facilitating the automated order processing (no-touch order management) for local regions within the Order to Cash stream (O2C). It is a role in a focused center of excellence, supporting operations teams in different regions.

You are part of the Customer Operations team and report to the Global No-Touch Order Manager.

What will you do

  • Manage inventory transactions and monitor inventory levels (ERP/WMS stock validation, consignment stock management).
  • Manage EMEA GDC export shipments (order entry, documents, warehouse contact).
  • Contribute to and execute regional/country operations and logistics projects with 3PLs.
  • Analyze data and drive process improvement initiatives (including cross-functional).
  • Support global standardization, continuous improvement, and O2C automation.
  • Maintain O2C master data.

Key Contacts:

  • Internal: Customer Operations Teams (process & improvement), Customer Operations Manager (stock & rework), Commercial Teams (new business).
  • External: Logistics Service Provider (supplier management, order execution, joint projects).

What you will bring to the table

You have at 1-3 years' experience in Supply Chain/Operations. Moreover, you have:

  • Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics/Operations Management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment.
  • High proficiency in Excel.

You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.

You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
