Job description

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical and organised Revenue & Operations Manager to build the foundation for operational excellence across our commercial teams. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll drive insights, improve processes, and support the management team with forecasting and strategic planning.

You’ll sit at the heart of our commercial organisation—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—making sure we run smoothly, scale efficiently, and act on data. From dashboards to billing and internal enablement, you’ll be both a strategic thought partner and an executional powerhouse.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Operations & Commercial Enablement

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support Sales, CS, and Marketing
  • Define, track and analyse KPIs in collaboration with commercial leads
  • Own data integrity across platforms like Salesforce, Stripe, and Chargebee
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive commercial efficiency

Finance Operations & Reporting

  • Manage invoicing workflows and ensure billing accuracy
  • Reconcile revenue reporting with the finance team
  • Support management with monthly and quarterly forecasting
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities

Tooling & Internal Systems Support

  • Act as the internal expert on Salesforce and related tooling
  • Handle reporting/tooling requests from commercial stakeholders
  • Document workflows and create accessible internal resources
  • Support team enablement by training colleagues on dashboards and tools

People Operations (Nice-to-Have)

  • Optionally support hiring coordination and onboarding logistics
  • Assist with contract admin and documentation as needed

Job requirements:

You’re a systems thinker with a strong operational mindset. You love streamlining workflows, solving puzzles with data, and supporting teams to move faster and smarter.

You bring:

  • 3–5 years in Revenue, Sales or Business Operations (ideally in SaaS or tech)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Intercom, BigQuery, Asana, Loom, Scratchpad, PandaDoc
  • Fluency in SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle concepts
  • Strong skills in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools is a plus
  • A problem-solving, proactive mindset with strong communication skills
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and team-first attitude
  • Experience in agile work environments and adaptability to shifting priorities
