  • Active member of Facility Safety Management Review Board engaged with Safety Champions.
  • Management of landlord relationships.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide local procedures and solutions to support issue resolution and continuity plans.
  • Experience in managing external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, reception services).
  • Prepare the annual budgets & CAPEX plans and monitor actual expenses against budget in partnership with Business Analyst.
  • Plan, manage, and execute construction projects in the Cluster.

What you’ll need:

  • 5-10 years of working experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-paced international environment.
  • A degree in Facility Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • Experience in Project Management and large-scale construction projects is beneficial.
  • Experience with the implementation of Facility Vendors on a regional level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and German or Dutch, with the ability to present the message to a wide range of audiences. Fluency in another language is a plus.
  • Team player and customer service oriented.
  • Fast thinker with a proven ability to multitask, coordinate, and prioritize.
  • Well organized, structured.
  • High degree of tact and discretion.
  • Skilled to take ownership.
  • Willing to travel to the sites in Europe as required.
