What will you be doing?
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, ensuring that our product management processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and continuously improve product development processes, tools, and workflows to increase team efficiency and product quality.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and operational KPIs to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Launch Readiness: Manage the operational aspects of product launches, including timelines, documentation, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
  • Tool Management: Own and optimize the tools and systems used by the product team (e.g., Product Board, Pendo).
  • Process Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of product processes, best practices, and team rituals.

The team
You'll work within a cross-functional team with Product Managers, Product Owners, Software Engineers, a Release Manager, and more. While focusing on the Product area of Enablon most of the time, you'll get access to Wolters Kluwer’s large international community of over 20,000 professionals worldwide, who belong to other divisions of the company and work on dozens of other software products.

This is you

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree;
  • 3+ years in project management, product operations, product management, or a related role in a tech-driven environment;
  • Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Aha, Product Board or similar
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences; combined with a pro-active solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • You speak English fluently; French as additional language would be beneficial
