Your role:
We are in business to save our home planet. You'll be helping us achieve this by supporting a wide range of People and Culture (P&C) operations topics throughout the EMEA region, including onboarding, offboarding, contracting, benefits administration, and Workday support.
As part of the P&C operations team, you will support our digital transformation and provide full-cycle P&C administrative support including: drafting employment agreements and all contract letters, ensuring accurate data for payroll and reporting, answering questions on P&C policies and Workday system. Collaborating closely with the Workday and P&C Operations Manager and P&C Operations team, you will play a critical role in executing various projects to standardize and strengthen P&C practices across the global organization.
