The Tech Operations team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence within Exact's Technology Organization. We focus on defining and administering policies, ensuring their effective implementation across engineering teams, and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities. Our mission includes facilitating management reviews and fostering Learning & Development initiatives.

This = the Role

As a Tech Operations Specialist, you will be integrated into the Technology department at Exact. We develop cloud software tailored for small and medium-sized businesses and their accountants, hosting our solutions on AWS and Azure. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing processes, and supporting our teams to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Policy Implementation: Oversee the roll-out of policies and guidelines concerning project management, time registration, WBSO, training, and more.
• Project Support: Assist with project management tasks, including organizing meetings and tracking project task follow-up.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with the Exact Learning & Development team and operations teams across departments to achieve shared objectives. This includes aiding the execution of controls aligned with our certifications, monitoring license usage, organizing training sessions, and tracking progress in the software development lifecycle.
• Process Improvement: Analyze operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive operation reports for management review concerning time registration, capitalization, WBSO, and training. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Insights and Analytics: Ensure analytics are available for Business Reviews while providing actionable insights to promote continuous improvement.
• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee and verify the adherence to standard procedures within Technology teams, including time registrations, capitalization inputs, and compliance with certification frameworks.
• Management Action Plan: Facilitate the closure of management action plans derived from reviews related to operations.

• Experience: Solid background in operations excellence, Project Management Office, or Business Excellence roles, preferably in the Technology sector.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaboration: A committed team player who values partnership.
• Influencing: Adept at persuading and driving results.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and other relevant software tools.
