About the Role

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to take on a key role, focusing on our regional marketing activities across Switzerland, Germany, and other European markets. This position is central to how we activate our brand locally, support our commercial teams, and ensure our marketing efforts translate into awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You will work closely with both our marketing team and regional sales teams to make sure go to markets (GTMs) are adapted to local needs and deliver real impact.

As our Field Marketing Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimising integrated GTMs across digital and in‑person channels. You will be responsible for focusing on the activities that create the most impact in your region, and you’re expected to help connect local market insights with our marketing and sales organisation.

As our Field Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Drive demand‑generation and lead‑nurturing activities that support our sales and business objectives in the region, aligned with regional revenue targets and global strategy.
  • Create the GTM plans for the regions you are responsible for, encompassing the strategy, the goals and objectives, the channel mix and the expected lead count and value.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to ensure marketing efforts contribute effectively to pipeline goals.
  • Plan, manage and optimize the use of all relevant channels, from trade shows, webinars, and partner initiatives to digital initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners across Germany and Switzerland identifying joint GTMs.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs.
  • Manage budgets for regional campaigns and ensure thoughtful allocation of resources.
  • Represent and safeguard our brand across all touchpoints.
  • Travel within the regions as needed for events and campaigns.

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or integrated B2B marketing roles, ideally within fintech, financial services, or technology.
  • You have a strong background in demand generation, lead generation, and ABM.
  • You have proven ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and in‑person channels.
  • You have experience with event marketing such as trade shows and owned events.
  • You are used to working across multiple markets with an understanding of cultural and regional nuances.
  • You are collaborative, structured, and skilled in stakeholder management.
  • You are proactive and hands‑on, with a strong sense of ownership for regional outcomes.
  • You are data‑driven, with experience measuring ROI and performance to guide decisions.
  • You are curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve how we engage the market.
  • You are fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce or Marketo is an advantage.
