In deze rol als Senior HR Business Partner Global Markets ben je een ervaren internationale HR-professional die energie krijgt van werken in een innovatieve en snelgroeiende, wereldwijde organisatie. Je speelt een sleutelrol als sparringpartner voor de business in de ontwikkeling van zowel de organisatie als haar medewerkers.

Als HR Business Partner voor Global Markets heb je een internationale rol als strategisch sparringpartner voor het MT binnen Global Markets en voor Cluster Managers wereldwijd (ca. 350 FTE). Je werkt nauw samen met de director, cluster managers en de Finance Business Partner, waardoor je midden in de business staat.

Als HR Business Partner ben je de ogen en oren van de organisatie en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei en professionalisering van onze global markets. Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan de director en lokale MT’s, coacht (senior) managers in hun leiderschap, rolt strategische HR-programma’s uit en draagt bij aan een inclusieve, inspirerende en resultaatgerichte werkomgeving.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sparring partner, advising and supporting during meetings and one-on-one conversations, serving as a sounding board, and assisting in strategic HR decisions.
• Provide input for the HR agenda in all our countries and strategic initiatives, and work closely with the director on MT Boosts to strengthen the local MT and achieve Global Markets organizational goals.
• Facilitate and guide Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) sessions, talent reviews, and ensure the right talents are in the right place.
• Play a key role in HR projects and organizational development, working on themes such as Diversity & Inclusion, Reward, Great Place to Work, and Leadership Development.
• Ensure the HR cycle within our global markets is rolled out and guide the local MT through it.

Wat is jouw ervaring?

You are someone who maintains oversight, remains calm under pressure, and is stress-resistant. You switch effortlessly between different cultures and levels within the organization and use your communication skills to build trust. You naturally lead by example: offering constructive feedback, coaching managers and employees, and providing appropriate advice even in challenging situations.

Additionally:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in HRM or Business Administration.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, with proven strategic MT-level experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude: you take initiative, follow through, and propose improvements.
• Experience with stakeholder management and strong analytical skills.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week and willing to travel up to 20% of your time.
