Global Commercial Excellence & Capability Manager

FrieslandCampina's Global Commercial Excellence team aims to support our markets and business groups in driving commercial excellence to improve their business results. Within Commercial Excellece, the ACE team has the mission to empower commercial business teams by elevating commercial excellence through capability assessments (Let's ACE It) and capability building programs (ACE Academy). We are looking for a Global ACE Manager to extend our team.

Wat we vragen

• A Master’s degree (WO level).
• 10+ years of commercial experience in the food sector (B2B and/or B2C).
• International work experience and exposure to multiple business groups (preferred).
• A growth mindset with a strong interest in developing others.
• Willingness to travel internationally (around once per month).
• Excellent skills in communication, project management, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong commercial acumen and an owner’s mindset.

As Global ACE Manager you will be involved with both strategic priority alignment with Management Teams, as well as in charge of designing and implementing programs to drive comercial excellence. Key responsibilities:

Let's ACE It

• Design and develop Let's ACE It commercial maturity assessment across FrieslandCampina commercial teams, in active collaboration with OpCo MTs and BG Commercial Directors.
• Roll-out maturity assessments on profit cell level in 3-4 Business Groups (from planning to execution)

ACE Academy

• Co-design BG capability roadmaps wiht BG Commercial Excellence Leads
• Development of new learning journeys (eLearnings, Masterclasses, Toolkits) development with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across a variety of commercial skills (marketing sales, CCD, RGM digital, etc.).
• Project management with several internal and external stakeholders, incl active collaboration with RMBBR as our partner for e-learning development.
• Guide learning journey roll-outs to commercial teams
• Active community management of OpCo ACE Leads, with a focus on activating a learning culture and share best practices.
• Organize BG inspiration sessions.

Ons team

FrieslandCampina's Global Commercial Excellence comprises a team of commercial leaders with broad experience driving business results and continuous improvement across B2C and B2B markets. While most of the team is based in Amersfoort, colleagues are also located in Asia and across Europe. This role reports directly to the Global Head of ACE.
