Job Description

As a Junior HR Business Partner at NTS Hengelo, you make an impact in the heart of a high-tech production organization. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers and smoothly switch between operational HR matters and substantive projects. You support, signal, think along, and above all: you participate.

Together with the HR Business Partner and HR Officers, you form a close team within our growing organization. You have plenty of room to develop yourself while contributing to improving processes and achieving HR objectives. No day is the same, and your work is visible, concrete, and valuable to the entire organization.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

  • You support managers on topics such as workforce planning, absenteeism, development, and performance;
  • You are the first point of contact for colleagues with HR questions and quickly switch between different topics;
  • You actively think and work on projects and initiatives within HR and organizational development;
  • You assist in drafting, implementing, and executing HR policies and related processes;
  • You ensure correct administrative handling of mutations, training, and HR reports;
  • You bring a healthy dose of perspective and know that a good conversation sometimes starts with a smile.

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in HRM or Business Administration;
  • You have about 2 years of experience in an HR role;
  • You are proficient in MS Office, and experience with systems like YouServe or Atrea is a plus;
  • You are proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused;
  • You speak and write excellent Dutch;
  • You have a hands-on mentality and, above all, a strong desire to learn.
