About the department

In the Sales Team for our European Distributor Markets (EDM), we are responsible for our Prestige and Consumer Beauty business in > 40 countries in EMEA. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated sales managers and together with our colleagues from the broader multifunctional EDM organization we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with > 300 M consumers. We do this in close collaboration with our distributor and retail partners, and we cover a wide range of different business models. The role

We are looking for a Sales Intern with an analytical mindset and a strong interest in understanding how sales systems, markets, and assortments work in practice. The intern will be supporting the Sales team, helping to bring structure, insights, and efficiency into daily sales activities. This role combines hands-on data work, analysis, benchmarking, and process support.

Key responsibilities

  • Collecting and consolidating sales and market data from customers and internal sources
  • Structuring data into clear overviews and summaries for the sales team
  • Supporting assortment benchmarking across customers or neighboring markets
  • Preparing benchmark inputs to help sales managers optimize assortment proposals
  • Supporting the team with structured follow-ups and process-related tasks
