O Hub Manager é responsável por liderar o Project Logistics Hub em todas as disciplinas operacionais, garantindo os mais altos níveis de conscientização de segurança, excelência operacional, produtividade e satisfação do cliente. Esta função utiliza sistemas e dados de desempenho para impulsionar a melhoria contínua, assegurando que o hub esteja adequadamente dimensionado, gerido de forma profissional e operado com segurança em todos os momentos.

How you create impact

• Lead end-to-end hub operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant daily execution.
• Maintain and analyze daily operational dashboards to track performance and productivity.
• Ensure all staff are fully trained on Project Logistics systems, processes, and safety standards.
• Monitor production levels and conduct ongoing workforce and productivity planning.
• Coordinate and prioritize freight movements in close collaboration with operations managers and branches.
• Drive strict adherence to QSHE standards, warehouse procedures, and corporate policies.
• Oversee bonded facilities, equipment maintenance, inventory accuracy, and warehouse floor controls.
• Actively drive the use of HSE tools, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we would like you to bring

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, hub, or logistics operations, ideally within project or freight forwarding environments.
• Strong operational and safety management background with hands-on leadership capability.
• Experience using systems and KPIs to manage performance, productivity, and staffing levels.
• Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, and operational financial management.
• Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate teams in structured performance environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex operational workflows.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
