What you'll do

  • Proactively approach entrepreneurs via outbound cold calls and spark their interest in Flatpay
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Sales Managers
  • Maintain clean, accurate data and meticulously log activities and outcomes in the CRM to ensure optimal follow-up on sales opportunities
  • Continuously refine call scripts and sales approach based on results and coaching
  • Share insights on customer responses, competitors, and what works (and doesn’t) in the pitch

Background

  • No prior telesales experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know and help you become successful quickly
  • 1–2 years in customer-facing roles (retail, restaurants, hospitality, or support) is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
