Do you want to help enterprises change the way they hire people? Weāve got just the job for you! As a Customer Success Manager, itās your job to onboard, support and build a relationship with our fast growing customer base. Youāre not just helping companies to get the most out of Equalture; youāre guaranteeing them to never make a bad hire again. You'll be working closely with our CS team, and will be reporting to Julie, Head of Customer Success.
These are things you will be doing on a regular day:
Onboarding customers;
Educating our customers by writing articles, providing trainings to name a few;
Building a relationship with our customers;
Being responsible for our live-chat and customer communication;
Keeping track of progress through giving Quarterly Business Reviews;
Working closely with Sales to upsell;
Working closely with our Product/Development Team relaying customer feedback.
Itās important to really understand what companies fit our vision and aim to turn the recruitment market upside down. Youāre empathic and constantly seeking ways to make sure people understand both the āwhyā and āhowā. And the most important thing: Both clients and colleagues love working with you.
Some things on our wishlist:
You are NL-based (hard requirement);
You have worked in a customer facing role, preferably CS or Recruitment;
You want to make the world a better place by reducing bias and discrimination in the hiring process;
You love communicating and helping people/companies to be successful - because thatās what Customer Success is all about.
