About the role

As a Retention & Expansion Manager, you’ll own a critical revenue engine: leading a high‑performing team of Renewals Managers to protect and grow our Mid-Market customer base across UKI & the Nordics.

You’ll combine data-driven strategy, world-class stakeholder management, and people leadership to drive renewals, expansion, and platform growth within existing accounts. Partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Channel teams, you’ll turn product adoption insights into scalable revenue outcomes.

This is a highly visible, strategic role within the broader EMEA GTM organization, working across a complex matrix and channel ecosystem. You’ll be a key voice in how we engage, retain, and grow our customers in the region.

What you’ll do

  • Lead & grow a high-performing team; Inspire, coach, and develop a team of Renewals Managers focused on Mid-Market accounts.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-first thinking.
  • Own revenue retention & expansion for your region, drive renewals, plan upgrades, and net-new expansion across your UKI & Nordics territory.
  • Build and execute territory strategies that balance short-term revenue targets with long-term customer value.
  • Drive strategic, data-led customer engagement by using data insights, whitespace analysis, and install base research to prioritize and target expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with CSMs and Post-Sales teams to turn product adoption signals into concrete expansion plays as well as collaborate with Sales, Channel, and GTM leadership to align territory plans, partner strategies, and customer plays.
  • Lead change & translate strategy into action, help shape and refine our retention & expansion motions for scale across EMEA.

Your background:

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Inside Sales, with 3+ years leading teams in one of these areas.
  • Proven success driving revenue retention and expansion with Mid-Market Enterprise customers.
  • 3+ years of experience leading change management across complex organizations and/or multi-region territories.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow business in the UKI & Nordics market.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills: you know how to set a vision, align your team, and bring them with you.
  • Commercially sharp and data-driven: comfortable using data to shape territory plans, prioritize opportunities, and forecast outcomes.
