As a Warehouse Manager for our Amsterdam Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our high-capacity and biggest warehouse and operations. You will lead and develop a team of Leads, Mechanics and Logistics Operators, consisting of around 65 employees. In addition to managing day-to-day warehouse activities, you will actively contribute to global warehouse and logistic improvement projects, demonstrating your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Our Warehouse in Amsterdam is serving close to 100,000 members, which requires an operation that runs smoothly and efficiently. The Warehouse manager needs to be able to adapt quickly and think outside the box, providing maximum flexibility to team members and a clear strategy for the coming years.
