In this role, you’ll develop strong relationships with existing accounts and new prospects, driving sales of DSM-Firmenich products to pet food manufacturers across Europe. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Sales Director, you’ll be part of a dynamic, international team, with travel making up about 50% of your exciting work schedule.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at regional pet food manufacturers, toll manufacturers, and brands.
  • Achieve KPIs in line with regional marketing objectives and the global pricing strategy.
  • Gain deep knowledge of customers, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams to implement pet food strategies and drive value creation for pet nutrition clients.

You bring

  • Business school or experience in the food industry.
  • 5+ years in international B2B sales, ideally in pet food, feed, or food sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth with high energy and strong results orientation.
  • Exceptional customer management, negotiation, and ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong teamwork in complex environments, with customer focus and consumer insights.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
