To support our growth, we’re seeking a proactive and driven Customer Onboarding Manager to join our Acquisition team and be instrumental in expanding our presence in the UK, US, DACH region and Benelux market.

About the role
In this role, you’ll own one of the most critical parts of our customer journey — onboarding. You’re not just executing playbooks; you’re building them. You’ll translate sales wins into successful, long-term partnerships by designing and running onboarding experiences that deliver measurable impact fast.
As a crucial part in our Acquisition Team, you will work closely together with our Sales Reps and Sales Lead to drive the new business growth of our companies.You will own your own domain, working on all medium to enterprise size deals and help them to maximise their success and seamlessly adopt our platform into their hiring operations. Your key objective is to guide our customers through a proof of concept, actively contributing to our customer retention and eventually handing the accounts over to our Customer Success Team.
Beyond execution of your day-to-day, you will be in charge of constantly reviewing and optimising processes. Playing a key role in bringing valuable customer insights and feedback to our product team, and contributing to shaping our roadmap.
Furthermore, you’ll contribute to a dynamic team, sharing knowledge, improving new-business processes, and elevating customer engagement.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a medior Customer Onboarding Manager with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a SaaS organisation. In order to flourish in the role and within Wonderkind, we’re looking for the following competencies:
