Join ASML’s organizational transformation program and help improve how we structure and manage performance across the company. The transformation program spans multiple departments and stakeholders, making effective project management and analytical support essential. In this internship, you will contribute to optimizing organizational setup, reporting structures, and performance management processes. If you are passionate about organizational design and process improvement, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Your assignment

  • Develop and implement organizational and reporting structures
  • With guidance, take ownership of deliverables such as process mapping, reporting frameworks, and performance management toolkits
  • Design and support performance management processes
  • Contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Analyze program effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate with program leads and project managers to align strategies
  • Gather and evaluate feedback to enhance organizational processes

This is a bachelor’s or master’s internship (thesis) for a minimum of 6 months, at least 4 days per week (minimum 2/3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is February 2026.

Your profile

  • You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Organizational Management, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in organizational structure, performance management, and project management.
  • You are analytical and proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • You have strong English communication skills and easily engage with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You bring experience in project management and process improvement, and a strong affinity with reporting and performance management concepts.

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular.
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
