About this role

An important element of your work will be driving strategic projects that ensure our processes are well understood across stakeholders. For this reason, we are counting on you to be strategic and hands-on, a motivational programme lead with the ability to bring colleagues together and deliver across multiple priorities at a rapid pace and well aligned with different stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to execute the strategy of the food delivery market leader in the Netherlands and support Thuisbezorgd.nl.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Support our Dutch Country Leadership Team, including the Country Head of Strategy and Programme Management, to execute our processes efficiently, ensuring that our internal tools solution keeps up to date with our changing business needs;
  • Support the definition, structuring and execution of new projects in the country, including responsibility for our pricing and product & tech strategy;
  • Develop cross-functional work plans, gather and synthesise relevant data, lead analyses, and develop recommendations;
  • Define, structure and execute dashboards and analyse needs to help other members of our management team make data-based decisions – working closely with the business intelligence and sales teams;
  • Support the delivery of the core strategic planning processes – including commercial strategy, and budget planning.

What will you bring to the team?

Here’s what we’re looking for from our Lead Strategy & Program Management NL:

  • 4-5 years at a top tier strategy consulting firm or a similar in-house consulting role;
  • Experience at a growth business / start up in a similar role preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and support complex operational and strategic projects;
  • Strong background in different aspects, including project delivery/project management experience;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail yet also a people person with strong soft skills;
  • Ability to influence and network across the organisation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a diverse audience from technology to sales;
  • Team player that can lead cross functionally;
  • Fluency in English (both writing and speaking), fluency in Dutch a plus.
