As a member of the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence team, you will be at the core of our organizational transformation, playing a pivotal role in defining, designing, and deploying advanced planning processes and tools to deliver exceptional service to our customers with speed and excellence. You will proactively drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization by collaborating closely with the supply chain planning community and key stakeholders.

In this role, you will identify, design, deploy, document, and train business process and technical improvements within integrated business planning to support sustainable business growth. You will also monitor, review, and analyse process and business performance to drive improvements in the current environment, ways of working, and through the implementation of innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of integrated business planning processes, including Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management and Supply Planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to diagnose processes, perform gap analyses, and define business requirements for process, systems and data. Model potential outcomes for changes to ensure adherence to industry and functional best practices.
- Drive alignment with internal IT and implementation partners for technology and data solutions, championing “best of suite” (SAP IBP, S4/HANA) and staying informed on “best of breed” planning systems, AI, and machine learning solutions.
- Act as a catalyst for change by leading or supporting the global rollout of process/system improvements and enhancements, while guiding the organization in adopting and integrating new solutions.
- Be a skilled storyteller who effectively communicates the necessity and impact of change on people, organizations and ways of working to encourage widespread acceptance.
- Oversee improvement initiatives from inception to completion and manage improvement projects from planning through execution.
- Facilitate the Planning Community of Practice, providing process training, competency development, and end-user documentation.
- Continuously monitor and analyse business performance KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement, benchmarking best practices and documenting innovative approaches for future roadmaps.
- Benchmark internal and external best practices, research and document leading-edge processes, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into future roadmaps.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of expertise in integrated business planning, including Demand, Supply, Inventory and S&OP processes. Your functional knowledge of the different planning domains should include:
- Demand Planning: Familiarity with statistical forecasting based on historical data, incorporating market intelligence and promotion planning into the demand plan and best practices for collaborating with commercial stakeholders.
- Supply Planning: Understanding of both Order Based and Time Series planning methods, capacity management and supply smoothing, familiarity with various MRP approaches including SAP supported planning strategies.
- Inventory Planning: Inventory policy setting, safety stock calculations, inventory positioning across a network.
- S&OP: Monthly cross-functional meeting optimization, scenario analysis, integrating financial analysis into the planning cycle.
- Strong experience with SAP IBP and S4/HANA. Ideally also familiar with other advanced planning solutions.
- Significant change/transformation experience gained from either a functional role, consulting or in another COE/CI organization.
- Advanced degree preferred (Master’s in Supply Chain Operations or related field).
- Agile Product Owner Certification a plus.
- Digitally savvy, analytical, and strategic, with strong process and data flow expertise and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills; a bridge builder across functions and skilled in change management and stakeholder management, including senior level managers.
- Self-initiating and flexible. Able to cope with dynamic business environment.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), with additional language skills considered an asset.
