Join our team as an Intern

Dive into the world of strategic consulting with an enriching internship at Strategy&. Our program is designed to offer you a comprehensive insight into the consulting industry, allowing you to work on real projects and make tangible impact.

This is What You Will Do

During your three-month internship, you will:

• Be an integral part of an (international) project team.
• Work on two to three different projects, gaining a broad perspective of the challenges our clients face.
• Engage with clients through all stages of a project, from inception to execution.
• Take responsibility for specific portions of the work, showcasing your skills and growing your expertise.

Your internship will culminate in an assessment that provides detailed feedback on your strengths and areas for development. A positive evaluation could potentially kickstart your career at Strategy&.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:

• High level of general intelligence and academic achievement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with both quantitative and qualitative orientations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Business judgment and maturity, with an understanding of the 'big picture'.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.

Additionally, we require:

• An academic degree (at least a Bachelor’s).
• High performance grades during your Bachelor's and High School.
• Fluency in Dutch.
• Proof of extracurricular activities alongside your studies.

Strategy& has set starting dates which are November 2025, February 2026 and April 2026. Interviews can be scheduled throughout the year.
