ASML is looking for a Finance business process expert to help prepare for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and an enhanced finance data model. Role and responsibilities

As a Finance business process expert, you will play a key role in transforming finance processes and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new solutions.

• Prepare for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across end-to-end finance processes.
• Drive improvements in the business performance management cycle using best practices in process, data, and technology.
• Collaborate with finance teams, process owners, architects, and project teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure smooth business adoption of process and system improvements.
• Embed internal controls in processes and support automation with internal control specialists.

Education and experience

You bring a strong background in finance and technology, with the ability to lead process improvements.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in finance process design and improvement.
• Expertise in SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA) and familiarity with RPA tools.
• Knowledge of SAP CS-Finance integration, including service orders, contracts, and billing.
• Experience with ERP migrations and finance transformation projects.
• Understanding of revenue accounting (SAP RAR) is a plus.

Other information

You will be part of the Transformation & digital finance department, reporting to the Team lead program delivery experts. This role is based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and may involve occasional travel.
