Ce que nous demandons

• A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience
• Seasoned in engineering of process, filling & packaging installations gained in FMCG industry.
• Proven project management exposure on CapEx projects in a large multinational or consulting firm.
• Experience in a production site is a definite advantage.
• A safety-first mindset and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• A customer-focused and decisive approach.
• The proactive drive to take ownership and find new opportunities to improve our processes.
• The flexibility to travel internationally for limited periods.
• Language: Advanced English language knowledge is required for the role, Dutch is a plus

Description du poste vacant

• Lead the Vision: Act as the global ambassador and owner of technical specifications for production installations (product processing, filling & packaging) across our CapEx projects worldwide. You will set the standard for quality, efficiency & speed.
• Promote continuous improvement in engineering by relentlessly & systematically removing waste from our processes & solutions, standardizing and adopting a feedback-to-design approach.
• Build the Future: Develop and leverage a powerful ecosystem, both internally and externally, to deliver fit-for-purpose engineering designs that are perfectly tailored to our business objectives. You'll champion best practices and knowledge sharing across the company.
• Own the Outcome: Take the lead on the processing scope of our largest CapEx projects and master plans. From initial concept to final handover, you'll own engineering deliverables and provide key input for crucial investment decisions.
