Be responsible for managing commercial partnerships and market teams, implementing strategic and tactical plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, overseeing talent management, driving operational efficiency, and engaging with executives and stakeholders to influence significant organizational decisions. The role manages the commercial team, working closely with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Your role:

  • Oversee commercial partnerships with customers in a specific country or key market, ensuring revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and negotiating contracts to maximize market share and profitability.
  • Implement sales strategy and Sales Plan, including sales forecasts and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) execution to drive revenue growth, optimize market opportunities, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead the sales team, collaborating closely with cross-functional/BU teams and market stakeholders to drive sales performance, align strategies, and ensure seamless execution of market initiatives.
  • Manage the Acute Care Informatics (ACI) portfolio by improving sales and margins with existing direct and indirect customers, identifying new customers within the defined strategy, and expanding business opportunities to drive growth and strategic objectives.
  • Establish key sales commercial and operations plans by defining processes and strategies for distribution, contracting, business planning, sales compensation, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.
  • Assist in the development of territory plans together with the EI Zone Sales leaders and engage in both strategic and tactical planning to effectively align goals, allocate resources, and drive performance across designated regions.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for new services or product introductions, bolster sales efforts and campaigns, and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness.
  • Manage talent across the team, driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management.

You are a right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech, or equivalent.
  • You have demonstrated success in software sales, including managing sales funnels and achieving commercial targets.
  • You are fluent in English, with additional European languages preferred.
  • You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time within the allocated zone.
  • You have an affinity with the Acute Care setting (preferred).
  • You have experience with sales tooling and managing/accelerating the performance of a sales team.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams, as well as excellent influencing and networking capabilities.
  • You have strong analytical skills to translate market and customer insights into integral solution offerings.
  • You are self-driven with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across different functions.
  • You are customer-oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives and results.
