The Partner Account Manager has direct accountability on the commercial success of the Emergency Care Home & Public business within BENELUX (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg) and will lead the business together with our partners across the region. You are responsible for

  • Managing business performance KPI’s for the Home & Public portfolio in the BENELUX region.
  • Set and deploy performance targets for each of the partners (Order intake & sales).
  • Directly manage the commercial execution of the Emergency Care home and public portfolio in BENELUX.
  • Drive consistent financial forecasting and demand planning together with all partners in BENELUX.
  • Channeling the BENELUX customers voice into upstream business propositions.
  • Ensuring consistent customer experience, value and satisfaction in BENELUX.
  • Develop relationships and represent Philips home & public portfolio in discussions with NGOs, key opinion leaders and relevant trade associations.
  • Identifying change, regional trends, competitors and develop appropriate response plans.
  • Responsible for structuring strategic deals in BENELUX and preparing the appropriate business case.
  • Developing and implementing business plans in cooperation with the Home & public leader Europe and other relevant colleagues to meet financial and customer objectives.
  • Collaborate on the execution of the European marketing plan.

You are right for this role if you have:

  • 7+ years commercial experience including selling through distributors/channel partners challenging status quo.
  • A strong track record of reaching business KPI´s.
  • Proven experience of working with different business models and sales channels through partners challenging status quo.
  • Solid experience in defining and deploying business plans with proven impact with partners.
  • Enjoy working in a large matrix organization and keeping stakeholders informed on the home & public business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset where you will thrive in an evolving, changing environment whilst delivering a consistent approach to keeping stakeholders informed on the home & public business.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch & English.

This role will be based from our Utrecht office, with c 20% travel across Netherlands and internationally.
